Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching is a partnership between a client and wellness coach that guides the client towards their own unique and optimal state of well-being. Tired of trying and not seeing th results you want? Wellness coaching puts you in the driver's seat to ensure lasting change and success. No matter what your personal wellness goals are, Wellness coaching can help. 

Personal Training and Group Classes

One on one and small group training sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs and wants of the client. From beginner to advanced, there is an option for you. In addition to personal training, numerous group fitness classes are held each week to ensure your fitness needs are met. Group wellness programs are designed to focus on the mind, body and spirit. From weight management to kitchen organization, there are a variety of options to choose from.
